This policy explains how Wirelab Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data on wirelablimited.com. Wirelab Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81338969), with its registered office at Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting and security providers process IP addresses and basic request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare and perform contracts with customers and partners, to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email and payment providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or our business relationship, and business records for as long as Hong Kong law requires, usually seven years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
